The methodology that we follow in delivering you your business solution is as follows: |

| Need identification |
| We are on a continuous look out for the business that need IT integration required boosting the business. Once the need is
identified, our technical experts proceed towards need based consultation. |

| Need based Consultation |
| This is an information-gathering exercise which enables our team to understand the business need, the solution fit, best
fit vs market analysis, its vision for the future and the things that make it unique and obviously, the specific information regarding the project(s) required. |

| Quotation |
| Once the best fit solution is decided upon, a quotation for the same is forwarded which describes three main things – the scope, time
estimate for offering the solution and the cost estimate. |

| Quotation Approval |
| After you give us your confirmation for the quotation, we collect the purchase order and the advance amount as per the terms and
conditions laid out in the quotation and begin the development process. |

| Design / Development |
| In case of web development or multimedia designing, sample designs are provided for you to choose from. And in case of software
development, the team creates a milestone chart for the execution of the project. The development of the project will proceed according to the chart and at
each phase the team will communicate the status. |

| Refinement |
| This stage offers you the opportunity to tell us what you like and what you don’t. There may be aspects of the design that can
be refined further. For the application development projects, we send you the prototype of the project which requires your approval. |
|
| Project completion |
| Upon receiving approval, we will then proceed with the development of the solution according to the milestone chart. |
|
| Testing |
| The complete project is tested at our end and then uploaded on our server for a beta testing by the client.
The testing like is forwarded to you for the same. Once the beta testing is done, the final amount is collected from you. |
|
| Installation/Go Live |
| After receiving the final payment, the site is made live on your server or the application is installed at you end.
Required training and maintenance is provided as per the conditions listed in the quotation. |

| Post Implementation Support |
| Depending on the project agreement, the customer can avail of post implementation support for a desired duration.
Usually Arete provides 40 hours of free technical support to cover any issues arising out of the project owing to bugs. However,
Dynamic Web provides a maintenance contract to customers who wish to avail our services post implementation. The nature of technical support
is flexible depending on customer requirement. |
