Chairman: M Suryanarayana, is the Chairman of the Company. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 32 years of distinguished experience in Industry both in India and Abroad at Managerial Levels including Board Level Assignments. His experience as an Organizational Development and Strategy Consultant is widely recognized for his work in the assessment of dynamic growth markets and has helped to develop innovative businesses. He has presented several Technical papers in Seminars on Corporate Finance and auditing both at National and International levels.
As Chairman, he is responsible for Business Networking, Technology Policies, Systems and Procedures, adherence to the Company's Quality Policy and Marketing. At Arete, he has managed successful completion of market assessment projects and has developed new strategies, guided strategy implementation, process management, and organizational structure approaches for clients.

Managing Director: Padmaja Duvvuri, is the Managing Director. Being a double MBA graduate in HR and international trade, She is additionally certified from Aptech and NIIT as an E Commerce professional. Her exposure to various organizations prior to Arete has expanded her potential to undying knack for exploring new markets and people. She is the person handling Business operations, expansion and customer retention. A staunch believer in "customer delight", she emphasizes and implements quality to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction. Activities also undertaken by her are analysis, design and feasibility studies of the projects undertaken by the Organization.
She also plays a significant role in empowering Arete's technical team with competence acquisitions at right time.

Director (Overseas Relations): M V Krishna Kanth, Director (Overseas relations) ) is a passionate believer in the latest technologies. He is responsible for developing Strategic Partnerships globally. His broad experience with companies involved in high-end sales brings clear and concise strategies and execution plans for organizations seeking business transformation, through the development of integrated solutions that will secure bottom-line results and sustainable customer relationships in highly volatile and evolving markets.
He is B.Tech in Information Technology from Chennai University and Masters in Computer Sciences, from A & M University, Texas. He heads the overseas division of ATL.
